Surrender to an immersive experience of pure sound vibration that induces deep relaxation and activates the body's natural healing power. You'll lie comfortably as Monique guides you to stillness with singing bowls, ocean drums and beautiful violin serenades.

• Clients will need a mat, comfortable pillow, blanket and water. 
• Please come wearing clothes you are comfortable to work out in!

The RE-ROOT Series with Mic’s

A thoughtful compilation of classes designed to re-root your mind, body and soul to feel rejuvenated, clear, and rooted. Much like a tree that loses its leaves in the winter, we are shedding our old to make room for the new. 

We have partnered  thoughtfully with  experts in each of their fields to bring you a valuable and cherished experience. 

Each class will have items you will need to bring to participate comfortably that you will already have on hand (think mat and pillow).  Note: classes will all be performed by candlelight so if you have any light or dark sensitivities please consider that!

You will enjoy a specially crafted Mic’s beverage after class and fellowship to connect with women aligned with similar goals. We will also have unique take home bags for each class member.

Sign up for the whole series or cherry pick which your body, mind and soul need most. We welcome all, and class spaces are limited. Based on demand, we may introduce additional dates to accommodate everyone.
