SOUL - Stephanie Trounce, Breathwork & Reiki

Loosen up the ties of the day and open up to all that you are in an evening of transformative Breathwork using music to guide us through the body as you breathe intentionally to nurture all that you are within.  We will take this time to slow down and come into the body, notice, listen, and become curious. 

Guided by the peaceful rhythms of music, breathwork coach Stephanie Trounce will introduce us to three powerful breathing techniques designed to awaken and release stagnant energies within and unlock the potential for healing and growth. After the breathwork session, we’ll enjoy an energy balancing practice to harmonize our minds and bodies.

• Clients will need a mat and water. 
• Please come wearing clothes you are comfortable to work out in!

The RE-ROOT Series with Mic’s

A thoughtful compilation of classes designed to re-root your mind, body and soul to feel rejuvenated, clear, and rooted. Much like a tree that loses its leaves in the winter, we are shedding our old to make room for the new.

We have partnered thoughtfully with experts in each of their fields to bring you a valuable and cherished experience.

Each class will have items you will need to bring to participate comfortably that you will already have on hand (think mat and pillow).  Note: classes will all be performed by candlelight so if you have any light or dark sensitivities please consider that!

You will enjoy a specially crafted Mic’s beverage after class and fellowship to connect with women aligned with similar goals. We will also have unique take home bags for each class member.
