This February, we’re coming together for a 5-Day Full Body Reset with Kroma — a nourishing program designed to support your gut health, metabolism, energy, and daily eating rhythms. This is not a deprivation cleanse. It’s about deeply nourishing your body so you can feel and function at your best.
The Kroma 5-Day Reset includes 10 nutrient-dense meals, snacks, and beverages per day, providing up to 100g of protein daily, all crafted using premium superfoods, adaptogens, and high-quality nutrients. Everything is easy to prepare (just add water), fully customizable, and designed to fit seamlessly into real life — so you can reset without restriction or depletion.
We’ll complete the reset together — and finish the experience with a group movement class led by Laura Breen-Escott in Sewickley on Saturday, February 14th, with two afternoon time options.
